Dr. Aidan Nguyen, DPM

I’ve been Dr Nguyen’s patient for 5 years. Over these 5 years I’ve seen him for a few different issues with my foot. He is attentive to all my issues. He doesn’t hesitate to order an X-ray to verify his suspicions. He waits until I complete the X-ray ((down the hall) and brings me back into the office minutes later to review it with me. He has excellent and reasonable recommendations. He involves me in the decision making and makes sure I understand the alternatives. He listens to me. He always follows up. He has resolved all my foot issues in a positive way.

My experience with Dr. Aidan Nguyen has been wonderful. He listens to me carefully about my foot issues and answers any questions about procedures before continuing. He has gotten rid of my foot pain. His office is always running on time or ahead of time. In fact at my last appointment I was walking back to the parking lot 5 minutes after my appointment was to start. His office staff is friendly, kind, and efficient. Dr. Nguyen himself is personable, funny, and knows his specialty. I feel well taken care of after each appointment. He also ensures that I know what to look for in the case that I need another appointment with him later on. He is quick and efficient, Sutter is lucky to have him on staff.

I'm not sure what is going on with these low ratings. I've been treated by Dr. Nguyen several times and I think 5 stars across the board are appropriate. My wife and one of neighbors also see Dr. Nguyen and they feel that he is top-notch.
