I still stand by my 5 star review. I broke my ankle, had a pin in it and here I am again, back seeing this life saver. For those of you who know pain CRPS is the worst pain in the world and many who have it commit suicide because of the pain. It is unbearable and constant, it deforms your body. Watch Netflix "taking care of Maya". You live with this your entire life! Not fun. I can't thank Dr. Gerayli enough. I owe him the use of my arm ... and my life back. In 2007 he was the ONLY doctor who properly addressed me and diagnosed me with a very rare disorder called CRPS or RSD. He was/is spot on! My life was in a dark, dark place from unmanageable, ruthless pain. I was mentally and physically exhausted. I was unable to sleep, eat, and cried in pain morning, noon and night. What happened to the use of my arm? Why was my hand deforming? Why do I not want to touch anything due to hyper sensitivity? Finally, I had found Dr. Gerayli! My HERO! My savoir! My Saint! Hands down the worst doctor i have ever seen. Beware— he will treat you like scum if you are a Medi-Cal patient. I had to switch to gov healthcare after taking time off from my university who provided a PPO. This doctor told me i had nothing wrong, despite all my medical records from my old doctor, and he could “pull anyone off the street and they’d be suffering more than you are” ZERO EMPATHY. Reported him to the medical board and medi-cal. Also hard to schedule & they were really disorganized.

Developed severe sciatica after lifting in the gym. Couldn't get into see anyone for at least 2 weeks. Called Pain Specialists of Orange County, the appointment girl was so nice. She talked to the doctor and explained my pain and situation, and they squeezed me in the next day. Dr. Gerayli was a god send. He treated me the same day with an epidural and my god within 2 days I was back to work. I have been back twice for treatment and follow up and have had nothing but a great experience.

Major appointment issues that have waisted my time, patience and money. They changed my appointment location/time and cancelled my appointment without telling me, and gave me wrong address of a new location. When I asked to speak with the Office Manager, they transferred me to the Schedulers voice mail instead. If possible, find another doctor. He's the only doctor in my insurance's network so I don't think I can go to a different doctor.

Been with his office for a few years. Always scheduling issues. Cancelled without being called, text, emailed. Done! Insurance went up & still - won't allow me to come every other month.

I have been seeing Dr. Gerayli for a few years for spinal pain. I've always had a great experience with him and his staff.

Dr. Gerayli spent a lot of time with me. He reviewed all of my reports, asked me questions and he listened. After three trigger point injections, my pain is greatly reduced and I feel positive again.
