This doctor caused me harm.
I saw this doctor when I went to banner university to the ER, I was drugged at the bar with meth and showed up to the ER very confused and unable to explain so well what was going on. I have chronic pain from an injury and had quite a journey in getting that treated over the last 5 years and so get nerve pain in two extremities. While I was drugged my nerve pain was really amplified and I was very confused by what was going on. I knew something was very wrong so went to the ER. This doctor decided to piece together my medical records and paint me as drug seeking, and create a medical record that’ll likely hurt my care with future doctors. He judged me for being on pain management, and having gone to different doctors to solve the issue that’s causing me pain.
