Dr. Adam Woldow, MD

If I could give negative stars, I would. First appointment with Dr Woldow and won’t be back. Most cursory appointment with a doctor ever. Went for a skin check (have had numerous ones so know what to expect) - finished in about a minute! I didn’t go to a “minute” clinic!

So I had the unfortunate luck of being treated by physicians assistants in two different practices. Neither of them cultured the skin problem to actually be able to make a correct diagnosis. I was given a multitude of creams that did not work and then advised on the meds to treat it, since it is eczema. My MD friend, not a dermatologist, told me it did not look like eczema and was hesitant for me to start a heavy duty 'biologic' prescription shot for the rest of my life. Second PA agreed but they never cultured it!Finally, after months of nonsense and seeming incompetence (in well-known practices!) Dr. Woldo cultured it and gave me an oral antibiotic. He asked me to return in two weeks. I could just tell he knows his stuff. He does rush and slowing down would be welcome. But I'm just glad I found someone who seems to be able to do the job. Also, staff were really helpful and got me in as soon as they were able. Highly recommend.

Dr Woldow was very thorough and patient in treating a squamous cell carcinoma case. Presented 4 treatment options with pros & cons of each. Made making a decision logical for us to make the correct medical decision. Projected a sense of confidence and honesty. Excellent bedside manner and spent time needed to make patient feel important. Superb experience in every aspect.

He is EXCELLENT!!

Horrible…

He rushes through the appointment - makes me concerned that he's not being thorough. I had him do an excision. I don't think that he properly informed me about the alternatives (MOHS), and he didn't tell me that MOHS would've been free for me until the morning of my excision. My excision wound ended up opening up and his stitches were ineffective. I have a very large red scar on my neck now. I don't recommend this doctor for an excision.

Newly relocated to area.First visit to Certified Dermatology was friendly, and efficient. Dr Woldow was focused, pleasant, and skillful. He asked the right questions for a primary visit. Great overall first visit.Highly recommend this practice.

Always professional, quick, and exact.

Very incompetent, lacks empathy and has horrible bed side manner. Also lacks the ability to properly diagnose and rushes every appointment like he’s in a hurry.

He would be a better dr if he didn't rush so much. I feel like he's out the door as soon as he enters the room and potentially misses some problems. Slow down!

Very rushed, only looked at spots i pointed out. I asked to have a minuscule cyst removed from my shoulder, literally as small as a pinhole, and he burnt a giant hole in its place! It could have been cut out carefully and stitched, but now I’m left with a large hypertrophic scar and have to see a plastic surgeon to have it revised. I won’t be going back, as i found it very careless.

Very caring and smart. Takes the time to explain his diagnosis and treatment, including any cautionary facts about medication. Wait time has always been short (less than 15 minutes), and the staff is polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great and knowledgeable doctor but charges are much too high compared to others

Very accessible appointments. I never waited more that 10 minutes. Dr. Woldrow has a very easy going demeanor and extremely knowledgeable.

Dr. Woldow was recommended to me by a friend because I had a rash which no one could figure out. Dr. WOldow took one look at it and knew what it was right away. I travel over an hour to see him because he is intelligent, frank, kind and gentle!!
