I find Dr. Pearl and the entire staff to be excellent. I had chronic sinusitis, and would typically get 2-3 sinus infections per year. Dr. Pearl and I discussed doing a sinuplasty to help remedy the issue. He explained it very clearly and we moved forward. The procedure was fast, and super convenient. I was back at work the next day. And, most importantly, it worked. I went four years without a sinus infection, until i developed one earlier this year. Anytime I have an issue, it's easy to connect with the office. They have a service where you can call a number and they shoot you a text that you can respond to. It's a very fast way to get a message into the nursing and medical staff. Everyone i've worked with there has been great, including Colleen, the PA. I would highly recommend this practice.

Long time patient
I am writing after reading reviews of doctors in Florida and wanted to see how the ratings compared to Dr. Pearl who I think is an amazing doctor. I was shocked to hear criticism of his bedside manner. He has a jest-full sense of humor that puts me at ease. It was always the same, even when I brought my children and elderly parents. Maybe some misunderstand it but I think his 'bedside manner' is wonderful. He is always thorough, sensitive, and takes time to understand and design an effective course of treatment. I may just fly home to receive care I am comfortable with. His staff, especially Colleen, is excellent!

Dr Pearl finally met with my father after 2 cxld appointments and a video chat. My father complained of feeling an obstruction in his throat and choking. He insisted it was his imagination.. we changed Drs and now find he had a tumor which was the issue from the beginning. After losing a year we now start over with the correct diagnosis. Sad that Dr pearl so quickly dismissed my dad .. losing time when dealing with a tumor is never a good thing.

Have a persistent problem that has progressively gotten worse. He questioned anxiety and alluded to it being all in my head due to the pandemic. Still no resolution and still in pain. Would not recommend.

Over 1 hour delay to see the doctor and despite an appointment. How can you assess young toddlers correctly after such a long wait? Revolving door type of care and service. What a waste of time.

Going to Dr. Pearl was the best decision that I have ever made. He has amazing bedside manners and thoroughly explains everything in layman's terms. He wants to use as little medicine as possible while providing the best results possible. We tried everything we could before going to surgery! The surgery was the smoothest process I've ever had and I couldn't imagine how I lived my life prior to becoming his patient. Six months post-op and I'm feeling great! I'd send everyone I could to him!

Dr. Pearl is, simply, the best. He continues to have a wonderful bedside manner with our four year old son who had surgery in April 2017 (tonsils, adenoids, tubes.) Our appointments prior to and following the surgery are always thorough, without long wait times, and full of just enough laughter to make my son happy to come back for another visit. Dr. Pearl listens and answers our questions, while providing clear knowledge and appropriate feedback. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

Dr. Pearl provides the type of care you would expect for your family. Knowledgeable, understanding and compassion. He has been treating my special need daughter for over 10 years, and we had been to several ENT's before. He actually got it right, from treatment to surgery to maintenance and I feel blessed. No need to search for a better more knowledgeable doctor, he is right here.

Appointments are double booked. Standing room only In waiting room. Once in exam room after a long wait Dr stops by for five minutes, leaves to see other patients then after 20 minutes comes back. This is not customer care; it is a business and not one I choose to do business with.
