Very disappointed!!!
This Dr. is making me jump through hoops, hurdles and rings of fire...all for a Parking Permit. I explained to him that I have a rod in my right leg due to breaking my tibia and fibula in 2011. I have been experiencing pain and swelling on and off since I had the surgery. I have always been issued a parking permits in the past and didn't think a new Dr. would have issue with this. I first received a call from his nurse requiring that I go in for an X ray, I guess he didn't believe me. I had to take off work and pay an additional copay just to prove I have the rod in my leg. The next call from the nurse is to tell me the Dr. would like me to see an orthopedic specialist in order to get him to sign for my parking permit. So now I have to take off more work and pay additional copays to appease him. I am 50 years old, they are not opening my leg again and I don't know why he won't just approve my parking permit. What difference does it make to him where I park? Very disappointed.

I was satisfied
Dr Norman was thorough and I did not feel rushed at all. He covered all my previous issues and spent time with my newest ailments. I felt I could trust him and I did not feel pressured to go on new meds, etc. I will continue to see him and I would give recommendations if asked

This this doctor set up a video call for me and due to technical difficulties we were not able to connect tried to connect 3 or 4 more times because of this happening he then refused to see me over video and said I have to come in in person. This doctor did not even give me the common courtesy of speaking with me on the phone about why he would not do the video call even after I corrected the problem. He then had his office staff inform me he will not speak to me. Terrible doctor. No care in the world about patients.

He seemed more concerned with my health history than with what is happening NOW with my health. I didn’t feel as though he listened well or addressed my concerns.

I found him to be rude and a bit condescending. He was more concerned with me wearing my mask than my health. I won’t be returning to his office.

Very knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. Excellent at coordinating treatment with specialists and returning calls with concerns. I would have rated 5 stars but his reluctance to see patients in person due to the covid epidemic. Left me a little let down. Even though his staff filled the void effectively.

I was impressed with the thoroughness of the medical history Dr. Norman took. He did a complete physical and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. Office staff was professional, but friendly. I have recommended Dr. Norman to several family members. Four of them now have appointments.
