Dr. Mandel has been great to work with diagnosing and treating my foot pain. I would highly recommend him.

I felt that he was not great around children and made us feel very rushed. I would personally not recommend him or use him in the future.

Dr. Mandel is the best, I will only go to him. I Appreciate him being straight out and up front with out that I would be in more trouble with my ankle. Dr. Mandel did both of my 3 surgeries. I will only trust him. Excel is the best around.

I have had a lot of ankle pain. Dr. Mandel listened to my concerns and then explained what is going on. He gave me 2 cortisone shots in 2 areas in my ankle. He talked through the procedure, explaining what he was doing. It was very comforting

Our visit with Dr. Mandel was excellent. He was more than kind, very professional and informative. He took the time to explain to my 15 year old daughter exactly what was going on with her foot and set her mind at ease. When he left the room, my daughter immediately said "He is the nicest doctor I have ever met!".

Dr. Mandel is clearly smart and knows what he's talking about, but he's pretty condescending (possibly just to women?). He called me "dear," which is odd because he's only a little older than I am. He also kept asking me questions, then as I was answering him, would talk over me. I met with him a total of two times and left feeling annoyed.

Saw him regarding a broken small toe. X-ray and explained everything so well. Gave clear instruction on how to treat it. He additionally spent time discussing my other foot and issues there and was so helpful and informative. This was not part of the original appointment or issue but he took the time to help me with it.

I saw Dr. Mandel because of an injury to my small toe that was not getting better. It had been almost a month since the injury. I found him to be pleasant and easy to talk with. He asked me why I waited so long to have it checked and when I replied that I had always been told there was nothing to be done for a broken toe his reply was that there was always something. I walked out with a post op shoe when has greatly reduced the pain.

After going over things and getting the x-ray. Dr. Mandel was very clear about what was going on in my foot and that I would need to repair it immediately. The office was able to schedule my surgery, right away. I trust the surgery will go well and I'll be walking soon enough.
