Disappointing Experience at the Doctor's Office
I recently had a visit to office, and unfortunately, it was a truly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt a lack of organization and professionalism. Nurse asked my reason for the sick visit told the entire story of kids tested positive Flu & Strep and i am here to get myself tested, still lack of empathy and personalized care was been felt, as she was negligent enough to check my body temperature even after saying i have been suffering from fever past 3 days. just write what i said, checked my BP &left. Than after long wait comes Dr. Adam Ligler for the actual consultation, i had to say all of the story again, stil I felt rushed and unheard. Dr.Ligler didn't take the time to thoroughly address my concerns and concluded, i just have Flu and not strep, even without testing me and it felt like a mere formality rather than a genuine attempt to understand my health issues. The lack of empathy and personalized care was glaringly evident. Far from Satisfactory..
