Professional, caring, and highly competent
So sorry Dr. Cochran is moving out of Nashville area. Will miss him very much. Today's visit was a last check up, and still he had time to chat as well as check my surgical site and add a few tips for ongoing care.

Kind Doctor
Upon my arrival, there was no one at the desk to check me in. I turned to the PT desk only to be told you have to check in at the other desk in a very curt tone. I learned that their system was down and waited. There were people called ahead of me seeing Dr. Cochran, and because it was my 1st visit, I chalked it up to me being new. I was called back and Dr. Cochran came in 5 minutes afterwards. He was very polite, explained everything, listened intently, and answered ally questions. I became a bit lightheaded, and he offered to assist me with laying down. He also brought me water and showed concern. His reaction to me outweighed any negative office staff interactions. Thank you Dr. Cochran for your kindness and compassion.

Rush to surgery
Dr Cochran is a caring physician who admits when he is wrong. After I refused the surgery he recommended on my elbow, he wanted to stay on as my doctor and support my “no surgery” decision. Within 8 weeks, I was dismissed with a fully functioning and healed left arm.

Amazing doctor
I’ve seen Dr. Cochran a few times for my right wrist. I definitely recommend him for anyone with hand/wrist injuries. He goes in great detail and treatment options with you. I could really tell he cares about his patients and wants to make them better.

Very Likely
When I first met him, I was in a lot of pain and very skeptical about having surgery. Especially after I had already had Carpal Tunnel surgery. I hurt my wrist and hand at work making car parts. It has been a little painful but worth the surgery. His bedside manner has overwhelmingly improved and his nurse is a true gem, Alicia. I would recommend him 5 times over. I truly appreciate all the help they have given me. Even the Physical Therapy team. Thank you all to the bottom of my heart. God Bless

The Best There Is!
After a traumatic and complicated tangle with a table saw, Dr. Cochran skillfully repaired my hand. After 3 months of therapy, I am further along than I expected, and have been able to do any task with my hand that I have attempted. Dr. Cochran's bedside manner is second to none, and he is a good person besides being a skilled surgeon. I am also highly impressed with the fact that my scars are minimal, considering the job I did with the saw! Wait times in the office were so short that I barely had time to open an app on my phone. Only one time I had to wait longer than normal, but situations often happen that the staff cannot control, and I respect people who prioritize people's needs over wait times. I would be remiss if I didn't mention my hand therapist, Dr. Jessica Deal. For about 12 weeks, twice a week, she challenged me to heal and regain function in my hand. I had many questions that she was always happy to compassionately answer. Her knowledge and experience are invaluable.

He made it out like I was lying.
I drove an hr and waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes. I was in the patient room for roughly 15 minutes. When I got in the room, and he told me, “we don’t have your medical records so there is nothing I can do for you.” They could have called me and rescheduled. He asked me what issue I was having. I explained what was going on, and he said, “it’s very atypical for someone your age to have these issues” and he kept going on about how it was “nearly impossible” and referred me to another specialist that does not relate to my issue. He acted like he didn’t know what else to do. Within 15 minutes he ran off to surgery. I got no answers, no solutions, and he refused to do surgery on me because of my age. Even though I was referred to him for surgery. Ridiculous asf. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

This was my first visit for several issues with my hands. The ladies at the front desk and in the exam areas were very welcoming and took the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Cochran was so reassuring. He was willing to treat me conservatively, which was quite a relief, as I am hesitant to have injections or surgery, or to take prescription pain medications. I was afraid nothing would be left that could be done, but Dr. Cochran was very supportive and understanding about that. He actually still had alot of options for me , and I am very grateful to him for that. I will definitely go back to follow up with them for my treatment, and highly recommend their services.

I was pleased with my visit to the Houston Clinic. The young ladies at the check in were very friendly and helpful. I was also pleased with my visit with Dr. Crockron. He was very professional, friendly, informative, and his concern to provide options to treat my hand problem gave the impression that he was the doctor I want to do my hand surgery.
