Dr. Adam Anz, MD

I have never been so disappointed nor appalled by a surgeons behavior. Dr. Anz has some of the worst beside manor I have seen in a long time. He was very dismissive of my husband’s injury and stated that he would “maybe be okay” and said that “because you’re not an NFL linebacker, I’m not worried about it”.He did not take the time to gather history about my husbands personal / work life and seemed disinterested that his activities of daily living have been restricted since becoming inured. He appeared to be in a rush and was trying to make jokes during the appointment. My husband has been dealing with this injury for two months and Dr. Anz stated “that’s life” and brushed off his concerns. I will not be visiting Andrew’s Institute again in the future.

My 20 year old daughter had seen 3 other doctors over 5+ years and 3 MRIs that showed no injury. Dr. Anz was willing to scope her knee and found a bucket handle tear that was not visible on MRI. He repaired it and she had a perfect and complete recovery. Finally pain free after all those years! He has a very calm demeanor and caring manner.

Dr. And did a phenomenal job on my son Zavier’s fibula break and deltoid repair. He answered all of my questions and took time to listen to my concerns. His staff was amazing and all the follow up care was just as awesome. He took time to reassure my son this was to just a setback and he and his staff encouraged him every visit. So thankful to him and his staff! Zav is back the field an doing great!

Dr. Anz was an answer to prayer. He took time to listen, evaluate, review records and honestly address my complicated case. He was a man of integrity who was more interested in my care than he was to rush to surgery. He, obviously, took his medical oath seriously by "doing no harm"! I highly recommend Dr. Anz for anyone looking for an experienced, ethical surgeon.

This doctor told me that I was to far gone for a stem cell shot and told me that I just need a hip replacement. Three days later, I talked to the Stem Cell Research Center is Dallas and was told I only needed one good shot versus Dr Anz's treatment of 3. I also realize that the advice of pain medication from the pharmaceutical world is totally wrong. Another doctor who lacks total understanding of what causes arthritis and how it really needs to be treated.

Dr. Anz and his staff (Emily and Allison) are AMAZING! They really do care about you and are super sweet. I’m forever grateful that I went to see him. I just finished my last PRP injection of the hip after going through PT and then a steroid injection. PRP was our next step. He’s honest and pursued all other options first before recommending surgery if needed. He’s conservative with his care which I appreciate and therefore I HIGHLY recommend him.... You won’t be disappointed!!

Dr. Anz is very caring, knowledgeable and kind. He listens, and he is not surgery happy. I have great confidence in him.

I Love Dr. Anz and his staff. He is very good at explaining conditions ,procedures and takes the time to answer all my questions about my knee. Very happy with the care I have received from him.

Very concerned about me as a person and does not leave consult until I am ready and asked all my questions. Straight forward and positive, but also says the treatment (PRP) is new and has different results in different patients

Dr. Anz performed CAM impingement surgery on my right hip last November. It's was very successful. I am able to run again without pain. He's a wonderful surgeon and great bedside manner- patient and answered all my questions. If you want to be active again after surgery, DO NOT go anywhere else in the area! Go see Dr. Anz! Andrews is the best!

Dr. Anz is very thorough and compassionate. He believes in his work and he believed in my 15 year old son.who suffered a horrific knee dislocation which also severed his peroneal nerve during a high school football game. Dr. Anz and Dr. Jordan totally reconstructed my son's ACL, PCL, and LCL as well as reattached his bicep femoris. The damaged nerve has left my son with drop foot but Dr. Anz continues to research other options. His goal is to see my son fully restored. He doesn't give up.
