Dr. Kaistha did her job. First session she answered questions but rest of session didn’t give us as much time. She took days to get back to me when I reached out to the office several times because of a concern about my child. There is no nurse assistant to call me back also. I called my pediatrician instead because the wait was so long. She is not greatest with communication skills and can’t explain in a different way to clarity instructions. She is a nice person but I would not want to experience her as my child’s doctor again. Also, the overall NYU reception service was not great either. Either the call to get through to a receptionist took a long time or reception service in person also took awhile.
