Dr. Abel David, MD

I was seen by Dr. David in the ED at Mass Eye and Ear several weeks ago for symptoms I assumed to be a associated with a benign and long standing issue. I was hesitant to even go to the ED, suspecting this to be a nothing issue. But it was a Sunday and I needed some relief. Dr. David discovered an underlying issue that multiple doctors over 20 plus years had not- something I'd likely had for some time. He did everything in his power to get the imaging and tests I needed then and there and wrote me urgent referrals to two more specialists. Today, I had those follow ups and discovered that Dr. David's suspicions were correct. I've been scheduled for surgery that will likely give me back a portion of hearing I'd lost for years and could also fix a number of other associated nuisance problems I've kicked under the rug. Dr. David may have single handedly changed my life for the better. I can't recommend him enough.
