Dr. Abdullah Hanna-Moussa is an exceptional doctor who is treating me for diabetis. We are so glad he is my doctor and we have complete confidence in him. He is very knowledgeable and kind informative doctor who helps us so much. Caroline B.

The office and doc had me come in to an appt when they did have my ultrasound report nor the actual ultrasound only the referral. When I went in the doc proceeded to ask why I was there and then I tried to explain my symptoms and he dismissed them and said that has nothing to do with the thyroid. Next sent me out for biopsy, when biopsy came back the 3 out of 6 nodules were benign so he says see you in 3 months! Okay but what about all the symptoms I’m having and the growth on my thyroid?! No real answers or help with my health problems. I chose him because all the 5 star reviews but I’m now realizing this isn’t the case for everyone, not sure why I was treated differently but it’s really disheartening knowing he doesn’t want to help me now. Also tried to get my pathology report since he called and said they were benign but instead was give the procedure of the biopsy report. Smh, it’s been a mess from jump. Just advocate for yourself!

Dr. Hanna-Moussa is a fantastic endocrinologist and I’m lucky to have been a patient for many years. I’m not diabetic so I can’t speak to that but he really treats you like an intelligent person who’s capable of looking at lab data and understanding why he makes decisions on dosing/Treatments/etc. If there are questions about dosage and the labs are reasonably supportive of 2 different doses he’ll sometimes give me the option. You never feel rushed by him and he genuinely takes an interest in your care & treatment. He is great at DDX’ing and “following bread crumbs” to find a unifying disease that could explain your symptoms. He’s a really smart guy. His office keeps getting further and further from my home but I’d never consider finding a different doctor.

I really appreciate Dr. Hanna-Moussa, he is knowledgable, patient and a great communicator. I had a referral to the doctor for thyroid issues 2 years. He spent time explaining the thyroid gland and how it works. He not only checked my thyroid labs but evaluated other lab tests to find issues that could be causing my problems. He or his staff always follows up to let me know the lab tests results. At the office visits Dr. Hanna- Moussa reviews the history of my labs, my current lab tests and examines my thyroid. It has taken a while to get my thyroid stabilized but I was confident in his staying with me through the process. My thyroid is now back to normal and I feel so much better. Dr. Hanna-Moussa's office staff are courteous and my appointment is always on time.

I would and do recomment Dr. Hanna-Moussa to anyone with diabetes. He is a very smart physician, yet quiet spoken, patient, caring man. How many pohysicians do you know who gives out his personal cell number? He does!!!! I recently had a extreme low blood sugar while shopping at Fry's and paramedics were called. I called him when I got home and he checked on me throught the weekend. Sunday when I couldn't be reached he and his family came to my house to check on me!!!!! What doctor does this??!!!! Am I confident in him, YES YES, YES!!!! His office girls are always friendly. happy and efficient!!

I'm very fortunate to have Dr. Hanna Moussa as my physician. He felt something in my neck that didn't feel normal to him. He ordered the appropriate studies to investigate and I was found to have a cancerous lymph node in my neck. I have since had surgery and have a good prognosis. I have to thank Dr. Hanna Moussa for being so thorough. He is on time for appointments and spends time with his patients.

Dr. has to be the most caring, knowledgeable Dr I have met. I have been seeing him for 4 yrs and every visit has given me a calming effect and a feeling of knowing that I am in the right place regarding my diabetes. His office and staff also has the affect. My first appointment with Dr. Hanna was well above my critical expectations of a new Endocrinologist Doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, listens intently to the patient, clearly answers all patient questions, and offers excellent medical advice. I highly recommend him to be your Endocrinologist. In addition, all his medical support staff are simply outstanding and are truly patient focused.

This was my first visit to Dr. Hanna-Moussa as he was recommended to me by a friend. It did take some time to get an appointment, several months in fact. I was not in dire need so that was acceptable. In my opinion, he is an outstanding professional in his field. He was very attentive and thorough in answering any question or concerns. It would be my pleasure to highly recommend him to anyone in need of his expertise.

I will never recommend this doctor to anyone. He was not willing to listening to any input from me regarding my 35 year history of thyroid problems. He dropped my dose 2 levels which has had terrible effects on my body. He gave me sample medication and no prescription. It took two weeks to reach anyone at the office. I was about to run out of my medicine and told her I had less than a week supply. Was told that the msg would be delivered to doctors helper and they would call back. No call

I don't think he pays that much attention to what you are telling him. He seems to dismissed me asking about ultrasounds for my Thyroid and would comment about my weight gain each year but wouldn't try anything different medication wise. I wouldn't recommend him.
