My son had a popcorn kernel stuck deep in his ear. Dr. Tenner was very patient with our son, who is scared of doctors. He very calmly and careful removed the object. When he was finished he cheered our little man up so he wasn't so upset. My husband was very impressed with Dr. Tenner.
