Only one clip placed after removing a large polyp instead of two. Fell off after one day. Had been instructed to return to blood thinners. Lost massive amount of blood. ER, 4 days in Good Sam. A second colonoscopy by a competent alternate WAGI provider in Good Sam. Two clips. 4 months of anemia...
