I had my first hip replacement done in HSS 5 years ago. I was told I needed my other knee replaced. I was referred to Dr Buchalter by my neighbor, after a thorough exam Dr Buchalter told me the problem was actually my other hip. He gave me a shot in my hip and my pain disappeared. 3 months later...

Staff has been rude, incompetent and unprofessional. Mistakes with submitting bloodwork properly and with getting prior authorizations on prescriptions among other issues.I do not recommend this doctor because of his staff in particular
