The reception is TERRIBLE, it provides NO service and just ruins the whole experience: - Call for any reason on average takes 25+ minutes of wait - Call back (nurse or somebody who can renew prescription) takes 1.5 days - Renewed prescriptions are done with mistakes I had to schedule an appointment with a doctor because 3 sent prescriptions were done incorrectly or sent to a wrong pharmacy. - At least make change the background music or offer an automated call back. The same damn instrumental plays non-stop for the entire hold time, and you can't turn off the volume because you won't be able to hear when they finally answer. - Patient portal is a joke I'm an IT guy and I have trouble figure out how to message my doctor or nurse. There are multiple portals with different logins. They are migrating to Evergreen hospital portal for over a year, but the old portal is also still active just to confuse the hell out of you.
