I switched to Comprehensive Sleep Medicine earlier this year because I was unhappy with my other sleep clinic. And boy let me tell you how that has been a total mistake. People on other review platforms speak extensively about their admin staff as well as the nurses and they are absolutely correct. I have never once in my life experienced such disinterest by a team to a patient. If you need a prescription, GOOD LUCK. You will have to babysit them every step of the way and they will STILL drop the ball. Need to leave a message so the nurse can get back to you? Too bad, they won't. How about trying to message the clinic through their portal? Also too bad. Nobody will reply. I've never cried because of a bad experience seeing a clinic or doctor but when I called my health insurance today only to learn that CSMA had never sent in the necessary prior-authorization paperwork for a narcolepsy medication I desperately needed, I sobbed for 20 minutes.
