NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE

Could not book an appointment with any of their psychiatrists; could only get an appointment with NP and she was only interested in selling me on TMS. She did not ask many questions and was only interested in selling a program. I was told the appointment would be 1-1/2 hours and the last 20 minutes a psychiatrist would come in to talk to me. Neither of these things happened. I waited in the room for about 20-30 minutes and then the NP came in and talked to me for about 30 minutes and no psychiatrist ever came in and talked to me. There was a man who wanted to explain and show me about TMS. If you try to book an appointment with one of the psychiatrists, it is IMPOSSIBLE. The NP will not let you transfer care, even though you booked an appointment with one of them, thinking you were a new patient to them. Obviously, they do NOT care about my mental health.
