This is probably one of the worst medical facilities I have ever heard of. My daughter recently had her first ultrasound and there was no heartbeat. The fetus stopped growing at 6 weeks and 3 days and the sac was measuring 9 weeks. My daughter was told to go home and come back Wednesday (today). The clinic had her sit there for an hour and had no idea why she was there. My daughter was told to go home, log in to their portal and leave a message. If she didn’t hear from anyone by 1 pm Thursday to go ahead and call into the office. The fetus is dead inside her belly. How traumatic is that. No information on if she will pass it, when it could happen or giving her options for a D&C or misoprostol. They haven’t even spoken to her about chromosome testing! What’s even worse is they should have empathy as they are hosting an Angels Support group at 6 pm this evening. Really? Then the facility should treat first time pregnant women with a little bit more compassion, empathy and respect.

This practice is entirely too large! If you aren't of childbearing age, they want nothing to do with you. The nurse spoke to me in third person asking the following questions :-Are we on any new medicines?-Are our tubes still tied?-Why are we here today?She then said, 'We need to undress and get on the table.' I was nothing but a number to her and to the nurse practitioner.If you want to see a doctor, you have to wait months (14 months).I was on hold 35 minutes to schedule an appointment. It took 3 weeks for the results of my blood work to be posted.What once was a good practice, has become nothing but one disorganized and impersonal cattle call.
