uncaring, rude

They don't care about you as a patient. They care about their taper quotas. The doctors are too busy to see you regularly, so you usually see a nurse. There is no continuity of care because the doctors are so busy you don't get to see the same one if you need an appointment with a doctor. Most of the doctors share the same trait: rude and impatient.

Ethically Compromised

My husband has a chronic pain patient with Duke Pain Center for 15 years. He received the most unempathetic care I have witnessed by a nurse practitioner today. Her name is Joshi Susmitha. She does not belong in the care of patients seeking care for this speciality because she lacks the understanding and compassion to do her job professionally. I question her choice of practice along with questioning her ethics to hold a license. I will be submitting a complaint to Duke Hospital system and the North Carolina Board of Nursing
