Terrible Care and worst office management
Late by 45 minutes even though waiting room virtually empty. Poor woman with child arrived before me and waited an hour then when to desk. Then remembered she was there and let her come in.Saw 2 doctors, both seemed bored, poor communicators. No qdvice after losing 40% of hearing to 'infection'. . Never explain why or recommended care of 'good' ear. Worst of the worst. Chairman was as bad as the staff physician. NEVER EVER GO THERE is my advice. I'm a medical researcher PhD and CEO. Mass Gen and MEE do not understand customer service or patient care
