Called Wed Oct 2nd as a new patient wanting to get set up with an appt. Gave all of my info; verified that I was in network for my insurance through my job.Gave an overview of what I was struggling with when asked. Was told Michelle Kelley & Ty Wakefield were accepting new patients.Asked for Ms Kelly.Was told I would get a call back by the end of that week; beginning of the next week.Called back the next Thursday Oct 10th. Was asked for & gave my info again.Again was told that I would get a call back. Called & left message 10-11.Called today, Monday October 20th. Was asked AGAIN for info.Put on hold so receptionist? could see if Ms Kelly was still accepting new patients - she isn't now.Only choice was Mr Wakefield. Right then & there the Receptionist looked up the next available appt, which is in late January.Why could this not have been done the first time I called on October 2nd?This whole process was so un-professional that I have no trust in this organization.

I suffer from PTSD and was very frightened of the full waiting room. They escorted me into a different room for vitals immediately and after that into a conference room to wait.The front desk was so caring and professional that they allowed me to stay outside the waiting room in order to book my next appointment as so, I would not have to experience the waiting room again.The doctor actually listened, unlike others I have seen which seem to only want to get out their prescription pad and hurry you out of their office.

I would recommend him to anyone wanting to get better and willing to hear the truth and willing to follow instructions . Every visit and call I have made I have been helped by professional kind staff .
