The providers and on-site staff at SFO are all peerless and earn 5 stars from me. However, we have been dealing with a difficult diagnosis for five months. I have learned that no voicemail, email or records request is beyond being ignored, dropped or denied even if the request originated from a hospital. If a patient is willing to show up in person at an SFO location every single time they need to make a request or to ask a question, they will be promptly attended to in a courteous manner. The rest of the patient interface is a complete failure.
