My wife & I have used the Clearwater location and received the WORST service ever. Office staff does not return calls, process referral request (without us having to make numerous calls to follow up). They also to not return calls from Publix to authorize refills of RX. The doctor is fine & caring but the staff is terrible. One last note, every time I visited the office, there was never more than 2 patients waiting for service. They can not claim the office is short staffed. Do yourself and AVOID My Care. I finally changed providers

Dr Navas is a great Dr very polite and friendly but very professional always have my questions clear, been with Dr Navas sence 2018 and hope to stay with him for a while. Thanks Dr Navas

My Daughter Has Special Needs And Her Health Care Provider Monica Almeciga Is Excellent With Her. Listens, And Takes Care Of Her When Needed. Always There When I Have A Problem. Wow Christy is on the ball super nurse and SO helpful with my needs too.

I am Dr Navas patient for six years and is no words how to express what a great Dr he is an professional, caring about my health, he’s very respectful, always explain all my needs for my health, never said no when I need it to talk to him or go to he’s office, if Dr Navas still in this office I will still too my family are so happy to have Dr Navas as a primary Dr. No issues and no changes we stay with the best of the best Dr Navas.
