I saw her a year and a half ago-after waiting for 9 months to get an appointment (for a positive Ana and extreme inflammation) she thought it would be best to not put me on meds at that time but to reach out to her with any concerns. Well, I did reach out to her. I had Covid and was having some post covid issues and wanted to be re-evaluated by her. I got an appointment and the day before the appointment she had her office staff call me to cancel it. I questioned why and they said that she read my file over and doesn’t need to see me again. I was at astonished that she wouldn’t see me. I explained I would like new bloodwork and to be seen since I had problems from Covid and people can change in a year and a half. They still refused. This office and doctor are a joke and extremely unprofessional. I am still in shock at the lack of compassion for a patient. I can’t stress enough not to go to this office!!!!! I wouldn’t even give it one star!

My new pcp Dr. Patel refused to give me a referral to a pulmonary doctor. I was on a nebulizer COPD but it wasn't helping. I wheezed just taking a few steps from my BR to the Kitchen. Couldn't breathe. She would only see patients online, so she couldn't listen to my chest. I went over her head to my Ins. co. and They gave me a referral. The pulmonologist asked that we have the pcp give me a Rx for a chest Xray to prepare him for my visit. Patel's answer "NO" Long story short. Was there anything wrong with me? Well, in under a year, new PCP, new Pulmonologist, X-Rays (of course) and I am now on oxygen 24/7 and nebulizer, twice daily, and an inhaler. And get this: The X-Rays showed a spot on my lung. That's right Cancer! 5 Cancer treatments and it's working. And I am not Dead! One should never let a narcissist tell you that you don't need a referral!! They do not want to share their government allotment. You are your only health advocate. Speak up and Live. She is not God.

I am new to this Dr. but so far I am very impressed. She was thorough, listened to my questions and concerns and most of all I did not feel like I was being rushed. Her staff is friendly and helpful with information when I needed to have future testing done before my next visit.

My 84 year old mother who had been a longtime patient of Dr.Patel was denied an appointment to be assessed for a new power chair after making it clear to the receptionist that her current power chair was having issues charging correctly.

I've been going to Dr. Patel for 13 years now. She is literally the best doctor I have ever been to. She takes time with her patients, to listen, to talk, to go over everything and anything you may have a concern about. She decides with you what the best solutions are for yourself. I highly recommend Dr. Patel.

I had Dr. Patel as my Doctor for years. I wouldn't have switched, but they dropped my insurance, which is a shame. I am hoping my next Dr. will be as wonderful. She is caring and takes the time she needs to take with you. If it hadn't been for her I never would've known I had an ovarian cyst that needed to be surgically removed.
