The end of April I had my right knee replaced by Dr Choi and Joyce, they did a great job! Everything went well and therapy went well too. I started working remote one week later and at two weeks was back to the office with limit activity. Doing your PT is key, at home everyday. I have my left knee scheduled to be replaced in early September, should have done these a few few years ago but kept finding excuses to push it out. Thanks to the entire staff, everyone was great!

I am a senior and took my 95 year old mother to Dr Howard. No Dr just a PA. We are here for an x-ray to see how she is healing. She said, how do you expect us to get her on table, she can only bear weight right leg. I said, well, why am I here, you called us. It was not easy for me, but I did it She said, we could have done telehealth. What would that accomplish. We need an x-ray, I just spent $150 for wheelchair transport. What is wrong with you people. I yelled so the whole office could hear. I am not leaving without an x-ray. An hour later, they took an x-ray. I had to help. Then they put in the report that I would do telehealth in the future, when I said, I never want to see you people again. You are obtuse and incompetent. I called after hours, Dr called me back and said, we can't take the chance of your mother falling. We can't take the liability. That's what you do. Take x-rays. No answer. Never was told how the x-ray looked?????
