I am left without medication for weeks. Got so sick I had to call out of work several times. The same issue with prescriptions happens month after month after month!!!!You call and leave a voice mail and get no call back. They they mess up the presentation again and again. Leaving you with nothing. This could be fixed by taking some notes or 5 min discussion with staff … maybe a note in the patient file?? It’s not rocket science.Never in my life have I experienced anything like this.

My husband & I started going here. Our problem lies within the office, not the doctor. You can very rarely get a hold of a human. Just to schedule a 1st visit took days for the scheduler to call and then 2 mos for the appt. It takes forever to call back, if they bother to, and in the last few months we’ve had to call them continuously to fix medications or put it through to the pharmacy. We have had other doctors & zero issue with meds. While there for my first appt, there were 3 people that walked in with issues of not getting response or getting their meds to the pharmacy. After being a manager in medical previously, I was appalled at the way that these elderly patients were talked to. There was one woman in the office that said with an attitude that they are trying their best. Well their best really sucks. On top of that, they were complaining about a patient while I was standing at the window and could be heard complaining about people while I sat there. Need new staff or mgmt!!!

Very very stressful the patient cubicles were only 6 x 8 ft with thin curtains between the paitients on each side and 12 ft. across to the other side. You could hear all of the gory details of all the patients around you. It was very loud and put me into a state of dis-ease. The medical professionals were detached and did not offer information about your case until the Dr who never returned in 3 hrs. I would recommend other ERs in Sarasota.
