Beware before you schedule an appointment

Beware. 1 - The office staff is rude, never answer the phone and refuse to give you an itemize receipt. Instead they give you a card with a number to call. I find that suspect. 2. - My husband and I both had appointments today - they called me back to the examining room one (1) hour after my scheduled appointment time. The nurse looked and said that both mine and my husband's bloodwork had not come back yet and that we should reschedule our appointments. I said, I would like to talk to the doctor anyway to discuss our prescriptions and I had a couple issues with my health I wanted to bring to the doctor's attention. I thought they would schedule us another appointment to go over the blood work - they had to renew our prescriptions anyway.As soon as the doctor came in, he (VERY RUDELY) said, and I quote - 'you didn't get your bloodwork done. YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME'. I said - I am wasting your time? seriously? He said 'YES, I am very busy' I fired him on the spot and demanded a refund
