Scheduling and Patient follow-up
I decided to switch doctors because my friend recommended them. I had a first appointment with the doctor and it was great. Then I made a follow-up appointment. The staff never provided me with a LabCorp form, so I was unable to get my blood test done. They automatically cancelled my appointment, and then wouldn't reschedule me for 6 months. I left a message explaining the issue and was given a new appointment in 2 weeks. That date ended being a bad snowstorm, and they cancelled my appointment again. It has now been 2 weeks and nobody will call me or give me an appointment. I even contacted the office manager, and still no call back.
