Waited an hour and then was misdiagnosed . She told me to follow up if the prescription cream didn't work. Called back as it was getting worse and was scheduled a telehealth appt. The telehealth videoconference software didn't work, so I called her directly, sent a pic and 10-15 mins later was told it was fungal, which I had already predicted. They billed me the same amount for the office visit where I had a complete skin check as they did for the 15 min phone call. I called to discuss and they said a visit is a visit whether it's via telehealth or in the office or whether it is diagnostic visit or a follow up visit. Guess that is one way to make money, just guess and then when it is wrong you get paid again!?
