It's been a couple years since I saw 'Migs', she was AWFUL, judgmental, condescending and has horrible bedside manner. I would give her Zero stars if I could. Not sure how she still has patients tbh, she scarred me for life, no pun intended.

Not impressed
This MD was irritated and rushed. She seemed unhappy to be seeing patients. She also misdiagnosed a lesion. As an MD myself, would not return to her .

Yearly Skin Check
Went in for my yearly appointment, roomed on time. Thorough check of my skin discussing one spot on my arm that should be treated. Staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for an experienced provider this is the place to go. Working in the medical field myself I always feel confident with the care I receive at Denver Dermatology Center.

Unprofessional and Condescending
I recently moved to Denver, so I went to see Muldrow as my new dermatologist. I was telling her everything my previous dermatologist has prescribed as one would during a dr appointment, and what has not worked so well. She then said to me “Well I don’t have a magic wand to fix your problems.” It was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. I was simply stating my past medical history which is an important part of receiving care. Highly disappointed with her unprofessional and how condescending she was. You could tell I was just a paycheck to her. She rushed out of the room the first chance she got and never asked or answered any of my questions. I made a follow up visit, but went home and canceled because of how disrespectful she was. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

didn't listen; way too quick
I could barely get a words in edgewise. Her only questions were what products I was using. Didn't listen and rattled off prescriptions and instructions so quickly, I barely got what she said. My post-appt summary listed all of the things she 'counseled me' on, almost none of which we discussed.

Utter and complete narcissist
Wow. This is Dr. Muldrow’s world, and we should all just be thankful we get to live in it. Why even ask a patient a question if you’re going to interrupt or dismiss/correct them before they can get out five words? But the inexcusable part is that I never got a single follow-up of any kind after my biopsy. I had to google the pathology results obtained from the portal and assume that I’m fine. She couldn’t take two minutes to pass that long and tell me if I needed to return? I guess there’s no money to be made if someone doesn’t have cancer.

dismissive
I came to Dr. Muldrow letting her know that I was very concerned about a “scab” that kept returning for months in end, and that it was highly unusual for my body. She sent me home saying it was a scab. Fast forward several months and I demanded her office biopsy it. Sure enough, it was a skin cancer. Thankfully it was benign however, after being reassured that burning would leave less of a scar than cutting, i have a nasty round, puffy scar.

Awful experience!!
Worst doctor/dentist/anything visit I’ve had in 38 years. This was my first time ever visiting a dermatologist. She met with me for about less than a minute. She didn’t really introduce herself, ask me anything other than what face wash I used and nearly walked out without checking the main issue I was there for. The PA had to stop her. Without any warning or explanation she used nitrogen on my face. It was painful and she never explained what she was about to do, allow me to offer consent not did she explain after. She walked out before I could even ask and the PA had to explain. She didn’t review my history, ask any real questions nor offer space to allow me to ask questions. She should not be in a business that works with patients (or any clients for that matter!). Now that I know that this clinic is her practice, I would NEVER recommend anyone go to Denver Dermatology Center if that’s what she thinks good business looks like. Absolutely terrible experience!

Excellent dermatologist
Dr. Muldrow has been my dermatologist for more than ten years. She's an excellent and compassionate doctor whose thoroughness would put most primary care physicians to shame. Her staff is warm and welcoming. I feel lucky to be treated by them.

Very knowledgeab, direct with treatment and honest
I have been a patient of Migs for over 20 years! Started seeing her in my 20's. She always provides honest, direct, and quick treatment. Over the years, the appointment time has gotten shorter. Yet, I feel confident, and heard when asking questions about concerns. You need to be direct with her, and ask about treatment options. I was referred to her by my physician that is also one of Denver's Top Doc's for years. She has referred me to other Top Denver Doctor, and I have a solid care team because of that! I would recommend her highly!

Nope
Getting to this location in traffic and finding parking on top of that was stressful to begin with. I was hoping the appointment would at least make it worth that - it didn't. Dr. Muldrow did not review my history whatsoever, spoke over me when I tried to ask questions, wanted to immediately put me on a bunch of medications and buy from their line of products and then almost walked out without addressing my other concerns. No bedside manner, all business. You're just a number.

Total lack of empathy
I visited for my first skin check. Needed a mole removed, and Dr. Muldrow wanted to do it on the spot. I had questions as a first timer (how it works? recovery? risks?) and she seemed thoroughly annoyed by this. I asked her what the risks of the procedure were, and she told me flatly, “Infection, pain and death”. Which yes, may be scientifically accurate, but when delivered with zero empathy and clear annoyance, came across as incredibly condescending. Won’t be returning.

Stay away
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Muldrow. I made my initial appointment in November for a skin check on my face. Her PA asked me a few questions before the Dr. came into the room. She looked at me and said, "yeah, this is bad. Looks like skin cancer." She has ZERO bedside manner. She immediately prescribed Cetaphil and Fluorouracil. After taking that for two weeks my face turned bright right and broke out into rashes everywhere (apparently identifying potential skin cancer). At my follow up she then prescribed Desonide to reduce the redness/rash and "fix" my face. After another week of irritation, she prescribed Prednisone to reduce the rash around my mouth. On my last visit in December, she said my face wasn't looking any better and asked how long I was doing the regime. I told her to look at my chart. She didn't have my chart. Each visit was $120 for less than 5 min. Please avoid this doctor and find someone who wants to give you the attention you deserve.

Yes I’ve had some sun damage, but I went in as a new patient and she hacked away at me. I had stitches all summer from moles she extricated. There wasn’t as much conversation as I’d hope as to why we was doing what she was doing. I know it’s helping in the long run, but educate your visitors on what you are doing and why. Very stern. Not sure if I’ll go back next year for my annual derm appt

Worst experience imaginable. If there was an option for zero stars, I would use that. Went in for a consult about having broken capillaries removed from my nose, and they treated me using an outdated and ineffective method (electrocautery). They also took the liberty of treating an area that I had not indicated I wanted treated, leaving a previously unblemished area now red and scarred. Not only that, the doctor had a PA clearly unfamiliar with the equipment perform the procedure (without asking for my consent), and now, instead of having the issue resolved, it is exponentially worse, causing me to have to seek treatment from a laser professional elsewhere. I strongly advise against visiting this doctor unless you want to leave with worse problems than when you arrived. If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have never been to a doctor who is so dismissive, rude and doesn't provide information. I asked if she would like me to take my mask off when we got into the patient room and she quipped back with a horrible tone, "well are you vaccinated" and when I said yes, she rudely responded as I should've known that I can remove it off in her office if I'm vaccinated. She put me on hormonal acne medication and when I told her I was nervous to take medication she looked at me like I had two heads, didn't explain how it would affect me and when I asked questions, she provided one-word answers. I had to call the office a month later when I realized my menstrual cycle was being affected by the meds. The lovely receptionist confirmed it was a side affect even though the Dr. Muldrow never mentioned that could happen. I'm changing my doctor ASAP.

Not a derm you want to see for acne. I'm 32 and have had a looooong journey with my skin, I was hoping to consult for scar treatment. Response "You don't have scarring." Dr. Muldrow looked at my face for maybe 10 seconds and spoke to me as if I were 16, trying to manage acne for the very first time. Didn't ask me a single question about what I had tried, how my skin responds to retinols/glycolics etc, as if I wouldn't have this information. She was in the room for 2 minutes and recommended $150 worth of intense products, huge waste of time and money. Maybe she's great for other skin conditions, I would avoid for acne treatment, I will not be back.

I had to really try extra and be confident to slip my questions in, because I had a sense she wanted to end the appointment as soon as possible. But my curiosity was met with defensiveness at the third or so question. Instead of perceiving my questions as an invitation to build trust between patient/provider and an opportunity for me to learn how to treat my skin optimally, she misinterpreted that I was second guessing her ability to diagnose. She even said "this is my job." Wow ok. Big ego. She even laughed at me condescendingly like, "oh she's so cute with these questions," after she made a diagnosis and didn't explain the condition whatsoever. I was caught off guard in the moment with the power play and didn't know how to respond. Because of these issues, I found myself second guessing my treatment plan after the appointment ended. She might be a good doctor for minimalists or people who don't approach doctor visits as a way to better understand and care for their own bodies.
