I've tried to call this office multiple times to change a appt. I got put on hold for 20 minutes only to get hung up on. Good luck trying to make or change an appt.

I have never been there. I had never heard about his place before they began to harrass me with multiple attempts at sending faxes. Wednesday they attempted to send a fax four times. Friday they attempted four times in the morning with another four attempts in the afternoon, two of those attempts were after I called them to stop faxing me. Today (Monday 9/20/21) there were four attempts between 11:00 and 11:22. Again I called to get it to stop. Then this afternoon (Monday 9/20/21) the attempted faxes started again at 2:28. There were more that eight calls a few minutes apart. My best guess is that they were trying to sent patient reports to another health provider. If so that is a major HIPPA violation. I wouldn't trust these people with any health records.
