Gone downhill since Optus took over
Changed from 7 am blood draws now to 8am, went to get blood drawn at 11.06am and told they stop at 11 wouldn’t help. Office closes at 12 to 1pm every day but now blood work 11 to 1pm no where does it tell you this. They tried to say it has always been like it what a load of crock. . On hold for over 35 mins to make an appointment on phone and no appointment for months down the road. Only go there because like the doctor but if this keeps up with negativity will have to think of. changing. Also they are making you make new appointment every so often or you won’t get refills on prescriptions. Oh looks like they do not like negative reviews so will flag me.
