Former patient, left because of mis-management
Dr. Hanks is amazing, and it is hard to see him remain at a practice that is falling apart. I recommend Dr. Hanks as a great provider! I hope he goes the way the other providers have and grace the practice.

This office is not worth your time - they did nothing but take medical information and charge my insurance and me (the co-pay). This place is incompetent and is incapable of providing medical/healthcare services. AWFUL! STAY AWAY!

I didn’t even get in the door because they are scheduling “a month out for new patients.” I was assigned this doctor by my insurance company, and was recently diagnosed with MRSA. When I tried to explain to the staff that I couldn’t wait a month, she told me there was nothing they would do. I recommend going elsewhere.
