Unprofessional
This Front desk lady named Elizabeth always give us a difficult time. She never wants to give my appointment time past 4 since I have work and other things to do. The wait time is terrible almost two hours. And then I sometimes see that I’m always the last person to go even though others come later and leave early. The doctor is great and she knows well but she hired new staff with better attitudes.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS DOCTOR
This doctor used to care about his patients. He was thoughtful about his medical decisions, took the time to explain what was wrong, and communicated effectively. Somewhere between now and 2017 he gave up on patients.Why would you tell a patient “YOU ARE JUST GOING TO HAVE TO FIGURE THIS OUT FOR YOURSELF?” That is unprofessional. He is a doctor and he is supposed to put the patient first not last.
