Great listener AND great doctor!

Dr Ligon is a great listener with great insights into my long term care.

She always listens and you don’t feel like she’s rushing to get to the next patient! Her willingness to consider homeopathic healthy alternatives rather than just putting you on medication is terrific.

I'm grateful to have Dr. Ligon as my doctor. She has a good bedside manner and is very thorough. Her staff are very friendly and caring as well.

Staff is friendly and willing to respond to needs. Dr. Ligon and staff listen to needs and never rush.

Explained my health information and gave me tips to improving my overall health.

Dr. Ligon and her staff are very professional, friendly people. Dr. Ligon has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever known, while being very honest and straightford about issues. We have complete trust in her. I highly recommend her to everyone that asks about a family dr.

Dr. Ligon is a great doctor with wonderful bed side manner. Her new office staff and the nurses get things done fast and correctly. They also take time to reach out to me after my appointments to see if i need anything. I definitely recommend her!!

Dr. Ligon is a wonderful doctor. She has switched over to MDVIP and has made the transition very easy for her patients. We can spend more time with her, there is no wait time, and the staff is great as well. She makes a visit to the doctor's office feel like a visit to a friends house.

DR. Ligon is a wonderful doctor. Her new front office staff is great. The nurses there now are wonderful. So glad Jennifer is no longer there. Found out she is not a nurse and let everyone believe she was.

Dr. Ligon is a fantastic physician that listens to her patients and does everything she can to take care of them. She is like family to us!

I really liked Dr. Ligon. I switched my whole family over making her our Primary doctor with BCBS of AL almost a year ago. I have a pretty healthy family so one of my daughters and myself have never actually had to see her. One daughter has a monthly prescription we have to see a doctor to get refilled. We filled out ALL of our paperwork at the same time. Now that she is switching to this "MDVIP" program in September, they will not make an appointment for my other daughter to get a sports physic

Can't reach anyone on the phone or through the email portal. No one returns phone calls or emails. Very long wait for a very short time with Doctor Front Office Staff are NOT well trained, competent, follow up with referrals, phone calls, insurance, ect. In general are poor quality and reflect poorly on the Doctor. Office so small have to stand outside waiting for appointment. Dr. is way over scheduled. Not enough help so you wait and wait. You get lost and dropped through the cracks.

Your office staff needs to ANSWER THE PHONE! I called on Thursday to make an appointment and talk to you but all I got was answering machine. I left message but no one returned my phone call. I am a very unhappy patient right now. Even your after hours answering service was no help at all. I will discuss this with you WHENEVER I can see you.

Dr Ligon as a physician was did a very nice job, but I will never go back to this office again. Jennifer the head nurse is a liar, and will not assist you with getting the the right codes applied. I was charged for a physical because they incorrectly coded it. After numerous attempts by myself and the billing company to contact Jennifer to get this done, they were completely ignored. After six months, the bill went to collections, where I had to pay it, which my insurance provider covered 100%

I was recommended to Dr. Ligon by my daughter, she ran tests and found aliments that should have been normal procedures, I highly recommend Dr. Ligon, after my visit and telling my family members of my experience , all family members wants to experience a Doctor that finally cares for their patients, I give Dr. Logon and all her staff five stars. She is now my primary physician.
