As a pioneer in spinal health care, Dr. Hasz has been using minimally invasive techniques (MIS) for over a decade in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan region. His minimally invasive practice includes the use of novel robot-guidance, endoscopy, and laser techniques as indicated. He is also a leader in artificial disc technologies. His dedication to advancing spinal health care has him actively participating in clinical trials and studies. He was one of the first in the region to use the MetRx MIS system for lumbar and cervical surgery, the DLIF/XLIF approach for spinal fusion and deformity work, the Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty procedures for spinal fractures, the IDET procedure for low back pain, and the ProDisc artificial disc. Dr. Amir Mahan Ghaznavi is dual board certified in general surgery and plastic surgery. He completed his general surgery training at the elite Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Upon completion of his General Surgery training, Dr. Ghaznavi completed his plastic surgery training at the distinguished Henry Ford Hospital. Dr. Ghaznavi concluded his training in Microsurgery at the renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation under the guidance of leading experts in this speciality.Dr. Ghaznavi joined the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation. While there Dr Ghaznavi developed the multispeciality lymphedema clinic, utilized the innovative Resensation surgical technique to help patients restore sensation after breast reconstruction and lead various other initiatives and research projects making them the leading experts in their field.Dr. Ghaznavi has devoted his time to research and is dedicated to advancing the field of plastic surgery. He has presented his research at various conferences across the United States. Dr. Rishi Gogineni is a board certified, fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacements. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He utilizes modern techniques in his surgical practice including anterior approach total hip replacements, muscle-sparing total knee replacements, and robotic surgery for accurate implant placement. He is experienced in and has published research on outpatient joint replacement with same day discharge to home. For patients who may not be ready for surgery yet, he offers non-surgical arthritis treatments. He is happy to see patients for second opinions or consultations. Dr. Gogineni lives in Loudoun County with his wife and four kids and their chocolate lab.
