Dr. Tracy Elliott is a cum laude graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Biology. She completed her medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston where she received the Outstanding Medical Student in Obstetrics and Gynecology award in 1997. Dr. Elliott received her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kansas in Wichita where she served as administrative chief resident. She has been in Private Practice since 2002 and has been practicing in Frisco since 2004. In addition to her busy medical practice, Dr. Elliott has worked hard to build the hospital OB/GYN services at the places she has worked. Initially at Centennial Medical Center where she served in many roles including Chairman of the OB/GYN Department and Chief of the Medical staff, and now at Medical City Frisco where she has served as Chairman of the OB/GYN Department, Maternal Medical Director, and currently serves as the Chairman of the Campus Medical Committee. She feels very strongly about providing the best care possible for her patients. This starts with exceptional care in the office where patients are treated with compassion and their needs are addressed from start to finish including support from the office staff and ancillary services like lab and imaging. It continues into the hospital setting, where she works with the administrators and the nurses to make sure all the patient's needs are met in the most caring and technologically advanced setting possible. She chose to be an OB/GYN because she loves being able to take care of her patients through multiple phases of their lives, from early contraceptive needs, to pregnancy care, to menopausal issues. She also loves delivering babies and doing surgery, which provide excitement and challenges not seen in the office. When Dr. Elliott is not in the office, she loves spending time with her family and her dogs. She enjoys exercising, traveling, fishing, and art projects as her favorite leisure activities.

Dr. Callejas is a graduate of Texas A&M University. She completed her medical education at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo, where she served as administrative Chief Resident.Her practice philosophy is to to treat each woman with the same compassion and understanding as she would her own sister, mother, daughter or friend. She strives to educate her patients so they can make informed decisions about their health and obtain the best possible outcomes for themselves, their babies and their families. Dr. Callejas enjoys all aspects of caring for women but has a special interest in obstetrics and the care of teens.She is married and mother to two little boys and a girl Boxer. She enjoys spending time with her close-knit extended family, traveling, reading, cooking and dancing.

Dr. Clay Alexander is a graduate of Southern Methodist University. He completed his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and his specialty training in obstetrics and gynecology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He has been in practice since 1987 and has served a 6-year term on the Governing Board at Centennial Medical Center from 2004-2010. He currently serves as the 2011 Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Centennial Medical Center. Dr. Alexander had the distinction of serving as President of the Medical Staff at Richardson Regional Medical Center in 1995 and has also served as Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Richardson Regional, Chair of the Peer Review committee, and Chair of the Privileges and Credentials Committee. He and his wife Lisa have raised two children, and enjoy visiting them at every opportunity (now that each is away at college). Family vacations and leisure time usually involve beach activities, sporting events, golf, fishing, or snow skiing.

Establishing a solid foundation of trust with my patients is my ultimate goal as a physician. Because I strongly believe the best medical care is tailored to the individual, I find it important to take an unhurried approach during our appointments. Getting to know my patients and learning about their lives and families, puts me in a better position to address their medical needs. I wholeheartedly believe healthcare is a collaborative effort, and this is the cornerstone for all my patient interactions. From an OB perspective, I believe every woman should be supported and given the opportunity to have a vaginal delivery. I am a big advocate for natural labor, and as such, have tremendous amounts of experience in VBACs.As part of my background, I earned my undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. I then pursued my graduate degree in Medical Science from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. I stayed in Fort Worth to complete my medical education at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. After medical school, I moved to El Paso, Texas, and completed my medical residency in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology with Texas Tech Health Science Center - El Paso, at the University Medical Center. Dealing with high surgical volume enabled me to become proficient with the robotic platform, and also performing both vaginal surgery and minimally invasive surgery.

Dr. Varghese graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Dallas with an undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology with a minor in Performing Arts. She then pursued her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center - School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas. Dr. Varghese completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Jacksonville, Florida where she received several Golden Apple awards for outstanding achievement in medical student education. She chose the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology because she enjoys giving comprehensive care to women of all ages. She particularly enjoys the vast diversity of the field ranging from surgical to clinical to primary care while still being a specialist in women's health. In her free time, Dr. Varghese enjoys playing the piano, oil painting, and traveling with her husband.

Dr. Flora graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with an undergraduate degree in Biology and Business Administration. She then pursued her medical degree at Texas A&M University College of Medicine in College Station, Texas. Dr. Flora completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Flora found her strong passion for women's health during medical school which led her into the field of OBGYN. She enjoys being able to make strong connections with her patients and navigate through the different stages of life with them. She enjoys minimally invasive gynecological procedures (including both laparoscopy and robotic surgery) as well as routine and high-risk obstetrics. She also has an interest in urogynecology including incontinence and prolapse procedures. In her free time, Dr. Flora enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and dog, Bentley. She enjoys traveling as well as cooking and baking.

Dr. Valenti is a native of Buffalo, NY and has lived in North Texas since 1998. He has twin boys, Oliver and Nicolas. Dr. Valenti attended medical school at State University of New York at Buffalo where he graduated with Honors, and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Children's Hospital of Buffalo. Prior to medical school he worked on a Master's degree in Immunology while conducting cancer research at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.Dr. Valenti is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. His appointments include Past President of the Denton County Medical Society, twice past Chairman of the OB/GYN Department of Denton Regional Medical Center, past Chief of Staff of North Texas Hospital, and Immediate Past Chairman of the Council on Socioeconomics for the Texas Medical Association. He holds a seat on the Board of Directors of The Texas Medical Association, The Physician Foundation and Lone Star AllianceDr. Valenti is a robotic trained minimally-invasive gynecologic surgeon and national proctor, specializing in endometriosis, advanced pelvic and reconstructive surgery. He is a COEMIG (Center of Excellence for Minimally Invasive Gynecology) accredited Surgeon as well.Dr. Valenti enjoys working with the non-profit Physicians Foundation to promote Poverty as a social determinant of healthcare.
