As an associate professor, I was required to be at the forefront of dental procedures, materials, and literature. It was my responsibility to teach dentists the most modern approach to treatment while maintaining the highest quality. Teaching is something I hope to continue one day, but for now, I hope to use my knowledge to benefit our patients. Not only do we have the knowledge to ensure our procedures and materials are state of the art, but we also have the ability to let our patients make informed and educated decisions.

Dr. Joshika Kanabar is ranked by Invisalign as a Top 1% Invisalign Provider in all of N America. She has completed over 2000 Invisalign cases. She was just Voted Best Orthodontist by D Magazine in 2019! Dr. Joshika B. Kanabar was born and raised in Bryan/College Station, Texas. She graduated the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Biology and minoring in Spanish.In 1999, she moved to Dallas to pursue her dental degree at Baylor College of Dentistry. By graduation, she had maintained a position on the Deans Honor List all four years, was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, and received the ADS Academic Achievement Award. During this time, she became passionate about the field of orthodontics and went on to complete the Baylor College of Dentistry orthodontics residency program and masters degree in 2005.In her free time, Dr. Kanabar enjoys teaching aerobics, weight-lifting, cycling, playing the piano, and spending quality time with family and friends. Her children attend Alcuin School in Dallas and her husband who has a Law and MBA degrees helps her with managing the growth of the office.
