My wife and I have been going to Dr. Potts for many years now because it would be hard to think of another dentist that could be better. First of all, he is very professional and stays up on the latest techniques in the dental industry. He is always looking to provide the most comfortable setting and experience. Unlike some previous dentists we have had in the past, he doesn’t push you to accept services that you don’t need. He thoroughly describes every procedure and why he recommends them. Lastly he is just a great guy that cares about his patients and wants to do everything he can for you to have a positive experience while you are in his care.His staff is also friendly and professional. Stephanie is the best Hygenist I have ever had. She is attentive and while cleaning and evaluating your dental health she takes great care to make it as pleasant an experience as possible (hard to believe I know but true). I rarely write reviews but after my recent visit I felt compelled to do so.

My wife and I like everything about Dr. Potts and his practice. He and his staff are exceptionally personable and considerate. He is extremely talented and constantly communicates with you during procedures to ensure that you are comfortable and fully aware of what he and his team are doing.

By far the best experience I have had at any doctor or dentist. From the moment you book an appointment though the completion of your care everyone is focused on patient care. Dr. Potts not only provides excellent care, but he will clearly explain all the options and answer any questions in a clear manner. As an added bonus they are very punctual and run on time.

I came to Dr. Potts after a horrific incident with another dentist. He brought me in immediately to fix the issue and I've been going to him ever since. Dr. Potts cares about his patients and takes time to answer any questions they might have. The entire office staff is incredibly accommodating and pleasant. I have the same hygienist every visit, so at this point we know each other well. This is a first-rate staff and I cannot recommend everyone on Dr. Potts' team highly enough!!

My routine cleanings are painless and, I daresay, even pleasant! If there’s a potential issue that requires the attention of a dentist, Dr. Potts will thoroughly explain the situation, treatment plan, answer any questions, etc. A high-tech office, an accommodating staff, and an excellent dentist make for a relaxed dental appointment every time!

Dr. Potts is truly the most amazing dentist! He is always so professional and makes even the most frightened patients feel at ease. He communicates very clearly all of his procedures and tells patients "there is no reason to feel pain." My entire family visits his office and we all love each and every staff member!

Dr. Potts and his staff rock!! I broke a tooth over the weekend and with one call I was in the office first thing Monday. After a thorough exam and review of the possible options we settled on a plan. Dr. Potts and the crew then settled in to making it happen, right then - an hour and a half later a new crown. They were professional in their care, listened to what I had to say and answered every question. The office is professional, the care is professional and the results impressive!!

I called Dr. Pott's office as a new patient with extreme pain from a crown done elsewhere. I was given an appointment for the very next day. On arrival, everyone was warm and welcoming. Dr. Potts immediately diagnosed the problem and told the assistant that they had to make time to take care of it right then. They spent two hours correcting problems that they had not created. I felt confident in their care and concern. I will recommend them to anyone needing a dentist.
