Pleasant, MI, and he received his medical degree in osteopathic medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. He completed his orthopaedic surgery internship and residency from Michigan State University in Lansing, MI. Following residency, he came to The Hughston Foundation for a one-year orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship. After receiving his sports medicine training he returned to Michigan to work as a team physician and surgeon. Most recently, he worked in Waynesville, NC, as director of sports medicine for the Haywood County School District. Dr. Debelak is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Debelak has a passion for sports medicine and the health of athletes. As an athlete throughout my life and a rabid sports fan, I have always had a special passion for the field of sports medicine. I enjoy treating athletes from all walks of life - from the pediatric sports injury to the weekend warrior with arthritis pain, my focus is getting patients back to their sport and their passion. What few people recognize is that sports medicine is an integrated field that requires several moving parts: coaches, athletic trainers, physical therapists, primary care physicians, and orthopedic surgeons when needed. As a team physician for the University of South Alabama, I am again working with a team of experts who share a common goal: to keep athletes safe and to return them to the field after an injury.

Dr. Tiffany Feltman was born and raised in Birmingham, AL. She then went on to Vanderbilt University for her Biomedical Engineering degree. After college she moved to Atlanta for medical school. She then completed her Orthopedic Surgery residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia. After successfully completing residency she went on to complete her fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. She is more than thrilled to come back to Nashville to join Hughston Clinic Orthopaedics and specialize in total hips and total knees. She enjoys changing her patients daily life and getting them back to where they can walk and enjoy daily activities without the pain from arthritis. She is an active member of the American Hip and Knee Society as well as American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons. In her spare time she enjoys football, being outside and around the water, and spending time with her husband, daughter and their three dogs. She looks forward to reaching out to the Nashville community.

I believe it is necessary to spend time with my patients talking about their lifestyle and associating that with their complaints. This allows me to determine if lifestyle modifications are necessary to help with their orthopaedic problems. Often, with Modifications, Physical Therapy, Anti-inflammatory Medication and Exercise, we can avoid surgery. When surgery is necessary, using procedures like arthroscopic and minimally invasive techniques, my patients get back to work and life more quickly.

Dr. Grutter is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in shoulder surgery, arthroscopic surgery and joint replacement. He trained at Johns Hopkins and is board certified in both Orthopaedic surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine and is fellowship trained in Shoulder and Elbow surgery. Dr. Grutter was previously an assistant Orthopaedic surgeon for the Baltimore Orioles and has provided Orthopaedic care for numerous Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, Polish and British Special Forces as well as the US Navy, Air Force, Marines, Army and Coast Guard. Having been a former collegiate scholarship athlete, Dr. Grutter commonly cares for athletes of all kinds. Dr. Grutter played on two NCAA Division II playoff football teams and was the team captain of the 1994 team which finished ranked 9th in the nation. He was a 1st team MIAA All-Conference inside linebacker and a NCAA Division II All-American.

Bryan W. Lapinski, M.D. is a board certified, fellowship-trained, foot and ankle orthopedic specialist.Dr. Lapinski graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame. He received his medical degree and completed an Orthopaedic residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. In addition to his training at Northwestern, Dr. Lapinski completed a Sigvard T. Hansen Foot and Ankle Fellowship at the University of Washington. He then spent 3 years as a clinical instructor of orthopaedic surgery at Northwestern University.Dr. Lapinski holds active memberships with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society.
