Ms. Stepanek earned her BSN from St. Luke's College of Nursing and Health Sciences, her MSN and ANP from Vanderbilt University, and her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner post-grad certificate from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Before joining CenterWell, Ms. Stepanek spent a year with CrownView Medical Group and 11 years at Southland Primary Care. She believes that listening is vital to ensuring patient satisfaction and that her role is to assess and provide a treatment plan, knowing that patients have the right to make decisions about their health.
