Let’s be honest, nobody loves to go to the gynecologist. This was my first visit because my usual doctor is no longer practicing. Melissa was so kind and really took her time with me. We talked about life and children. I left there feeling like I had known her for a lifetime. She is great and was actually recommended to me from a friend. I will continue going to her and I will suggest her to anyone looking for great care.

Melissa is very personable, & quickly puts patients at ease. She was very thorough answering my questions. I would recommend her to anyone, & will choose to see her for an exam whenever needed.

I went for a Pap smear and those are always very uncomfortable for me, but Melissa made the experience less stressful for me by talking with me and making jokes that eased the discomfort. I can tell that you have a big heart, by the way you treated me with care.

I’ve had my fair share of struggles with OBs but she is amazing! Super kind, patient & listens. I had my Nexplanon implant removed by her and she paid special attention to making sure I did not feel any discomfort. Great bedside manner, very personable and respectful. Overall, she has a really great personality and is very knowledgeable. My favorite thing: she sees things from a patient POV and makes you feel heard and comfortable. I normally don’t write reviews, but she is definitely worth a positive one!

I saw Melissa to remove my nexplanon a couple of weeks ago and she was amazing. She was genuine, very caring, friendly, empathetic and thorough. She took her time to listen to my concerns and understand my history. She also gave me very useful tips and advice related to my health concerns. When it came to the actual removal of the nexplanon, she actually took her time to make sure the area was numb before she made the incision. She waited a couple of minutes and did these little checks to make sure I didn’t feel anything at all when she removed it. I was so amazed and surprised at how painless the removal was that I expressed that to her. That’s when I learned that with all her decades worth of experience together with her empathetic and caring attitude she makes it a point to make every medical encounter as painless as possible. Melissa is simply the best! I can’t say enough good things about her. I definitely recommend her.

I have been battling a UTI for over a month. After 2 prescriptions and an injection, I was still symptomatic, and the infection wasn’t gone. I decided to try Melissa because I didn’t feel like I was being heard by my family physician. Melissa looked over all my test results, put me on a different antibiotic and after 2 days I feel so much better. Melissa listened, was sympathetic and decisive. She also gave me several suggestions to help prevent future UTI’s. This is the 2nd time I’ve seen Melissa and she’s been great both times.
