Dr. Inclan is board certified in Oncology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Inclan joined Hope Medical Group, now a division of Woodlands Medical Specialists, in 1991. He has published several research papers and received honors evaluations in Internal Medicine and Pediatric Rotation while at Wayne State University. He is also a member of the American Medical Association and American College of Physicians.

After completing medical school at Aleppo University in Syria, Dr. Owera fulfilled his residency at the University of Missouri-Columbia's Department of Internal Medicine and fellowship at the university's Ellis Fischel Cancer Center where he served as chief fellow. After practicing in Salt Lake City, Dr. Owera was drawn to the southern hospitality of Pensacola and the team of dedicated physicians at Woodlands Medical Specialists. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology, and board-certified in hematology, oncology and internal medicine. Dr. Owera's approach to health care is one of pure authenticity. He is confident, committed and genuine with his patients and their families.
