Dr Guilherme Rabinowits is a Senior Member in the Department of Head and Neck-Endocrine Oncology. Dr Rabinowits received his MD degree from Fundacao Tecnico-Educacional Souza Marques, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He completed an Internal Medicine residency at Lahey Clinic and Medical Center, Burlington, Massachusetts, followed by a Hematology/Medical Oncology Fellowship at the University of Louisville, Kentucky, where he also served as Chief Fellow. He then joined Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts, as a Head and Neck Medical Oncologist until his move to Miami. Dr Rabinowits joins us from the Miami Cancer Institute, Department of Hematology/Medical Oncology.

Dr Kubal is an associate member in the Moffitt Cancer Center Malignant Hematology Department. He completed his hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of South Florida at Moffitt Cancer Center, completing an MBA concurrently at the University of South Florida. Dr Kubal's research and clinical interests are in myeloid malignancies with a particular focus in acute leukemias. In addition to his clinical efforts, Dr Kubal serves as the medical director of process excellence and is focused on continuous improvement of the patient experience.Dr Kubal serves as Senior Medical Director of Moffitt at Wesley Chapel, and practices full time at the Moffitt Wesley Chapel campus.

Dr Al-Jumayli is certified in Hematology, Medical Oncology, and Geriatric Medicine. He received his medical degree from Al-Mustansiriyah University College of Medicine, Iraq. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in New Jersey, followed by a Geriatric Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, Texas. He completed a Hematology-Oncology Fellowship at the University of Kansas. Dr Al-Jumayli's clinical focus is on the treatment of cancer in senior adults, particularly gastrointestinal Oncolgoy (GI) cancer with providing a personalized cancer care based on patients' functional status, general health, values, and goals.

Dr Fontaine received his medical degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and completed his general surgery residency at Boston University. In 2006, he graduated as chief resident in thoracic surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital - Harvard Medical School. Dr Fontaine began his thoracic surgery practice at University of Montreal but was then recruited to become part of the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Brown Medical School in Providence, RI. He was in charge of developing a thoracic surgery program at one of Brown University's teaching hospitals. In 2011, Dr Fontaine joined Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL - the 3rd largest cancer center in the United States.

Dr Komrokji is the Vice chair of the Malignant Hematology Department and the head of the Leukemia and MDS Section at Moffitt Cancer Center. He is a senior Member of the Malignant Hematology and Experimental Therapeutics Program at the center, and a Professor in Medicine & Oncologic Sciences at the College of Medicine at the University of South Florida, in Tampa, Florida. After earning a medical degree in 1996 from the Jordan University School of Medicine, Dr Komrokji completed an internship and residency at Case Western University, St. Vincent Program. He then completed a fellowship at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester, in Hematology/Oncology and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation.

Dr Zhang is a Genitourinary Oncologist and Interim Vice Chair of the Department of Genitourinary Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. He is also an Associate Professor of Oncology and Internal Medicine at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. His primary research interest is in integrating tumor evolution dynamics into the treatment for advanced prostate cancer. As the clinical research Director of Moffitt Cancer Center's Genitourinary Oncology Department, he has been the Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-Investigator of more than 50 phase I, II, and III clinical studies since joining Moffitt in July 2010.
