He successfully passed the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination in Medical Science (FMGEMS) conducted by the US government in 1988. He conducted research in the medical field and helped publish multiple research papers in medical journals. He then underwent the residency program for five years in the New York Metropolitan area. In those five years, he received intense training in the field of surgery, anesthesiology and pain management. He received experience in Hospital based and free standing Pain Clinics and treated many pain conditions. Subsequently, he opened his own Pain Clinic in Central Florida in 1995, known as Advanced Pain Clinic, PA. Dr. Rajyaguru is the medical director of Advanced Pain Clinic, PA since the establishment of the clinic. He has been practicing pain management full time since then in Central Florida.
