In addition to his surgical endeavors, he also performs advanced wound care and serves as the medical director of the wound care center at two area hospitals. He has helped launch the Robotic Surgery program at two hospitals in the community. Dr. Prebish is a cum laude graduate of Michigan State University and Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he served as a two-term elected student body Vice President. During his surgical residency, he served as chief surgical resident two consecutive years. He was nominated by his peers to serve as the Chief of Staff at HCA Pasadena Hospital. He specializes in minimally invasive colorectal surgical procedures and his areas of interest include colon and rectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis, hemorrhoids and colonoscopy. With nearly 10 years of experience in medicine, Dr. Sigle developed a special interest in minimally invasive surgery as it provides the best outcomes to the patient with shorter hospital stay and less post-operative pain. He is passionate about providing the highest level of care for his patients. In his spare time, Dr. Sigle enjoys spending time outdoors playing soccer, bike riding and skiing.

Dr. Santiago also completed both a fellowship and research fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the University of South Florida. An advocate for education, Dr. Santiago gives regular presentations on the topics of colon and rectal cancers, including education reaching the Spanish-speaking population.
