Dr. Mashayekhi (also known as Dr. Mashay), a board-certified physician with a specialty in Internal Medicine and Sleep Medicine. After completing her residency at UCSF Fresno, she completed her Sleep Medicine Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. With her medical education, she had the privilege to provide and advocate for health education and care globally such as in Colombia and Central America. In addition to being a lifelong learner, Dr. Mashayekhi enjoys guiding patients to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Her areas of interest are preventative care, obesity, sleep disorders, and their relationships to chronic diseases. Arch Health Medical Group is happy to have Dr. Mashayekhi, back in North County serving her childhood community. Some of her hobbies include traveling abroad, cooking, and Persian dancing.

Dr. Brummel has enjoyed caring for athletes of all types and at all levels from high school and college to the professional level. He has also enjoyed caring for the everyday athlete making it through life. Even though Dr. Brummel is a surgeon, he believes strongly, that whenever possible, nonsurgical treatment should be discussed with patients as an option. His focus is to provide excellent medical care with a friendly and compassionate approach.

After receiving his undergraduate degree from University of Washington, Seattle, graduating Magna Cum Laude, Dr. Otoshi attended Harvard Medical School receiving his M.D. degree in 1973. He completed his internship and residency in internal Medicine at UCSD. After completing his pulmonary and critical care fellowship at UCSD in 1979, he established a pulmonary and critical care practice in Escondido. This practice became Escondido Pulmonary Medical Group, providing pulmonary and critical care services to the Escondido and Poway communities. Dr. Otoshi is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Otoshi has held past positions as Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Palomar Medical Center, Chief-of-Staff at Palomar Medical Center, Board of Directors of Palomar Pomerado Health Systems and Associate Clinical Professor at UCSD. He currently serves as the Medical Director of the Subacute Unit at Villa Pomerado. Dr. Otoshi has received a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and has provided administrative services to the pulmonary practice and served as a Principle Investigator for several research studies over the last 35 years. Dr. Otoshi is married and has two sons. His hobbies included traveling, camping, and skiing.
