My husband and I had to select a new dental office as a former dentistry of 10 yrs. did not accept our insurance anymore. We chose Bridlewood Dental because they were in network with our insurance and the reviews were outstanding. Setting up the appointments over the phone was easy! Upon arrival for our first appointment and teeth cleanings, We were greeted with a warm and friendly front staff! The hygienist Nicole did a remarkable job cleaning our teeth and doing X-ray! I have a lot of health issues and she took her time addressing my questions and making me feel comfortable as I do suffer from anxiety due to childhood fears of past dental work. Meet and greet with Dr. Song was wonderful! He was very kind and knowledgeable in his field. We never felt that we were being pushed into needing future dental work. Dr. Song did address a few fillings and cavities Both my Husband have. We made appointments to have them fixed and we are glad we found Bridlewood Dental! We highly recommend!

Dr.Song and his staff are incredible. Cindy and Lauren are gems!!! This office stands out above all the rest. Personable, polite and professional every visit. I highly recommend Dr. Song for your dental needs whether you are looking for a new dentist or even if you aren't. You won't be disappointed

Very disappointed in how they don’t contact you or send reminders via text (the new generation) for appointments. Then, they bill you$50 out of your pocket if you are late or miss. Very snooty there

If someone in your family passes, you will get zero sympathy from this practice. I have had to take care of my Mom for 10 years, needless to say, major stomach issues, I had to go to my regular doctor, so I had to cancel my dental appt. They charged me anyway. I called and said, huh, they proceeded to sent me a nasty note saying they looked through my phone texts and said I just cancelled. I was expecting a little compassion not a nasty note.

Only look at my xray a few seconds, and immediately recommend surgery that costs over $500 after insurance. Best part: I asked him if there's any issue, I didn't ask for surgery. He kept pushing surgery at every subsequent visit.

Dr. Song and his team were so kind, patient and accommodating. Thank you for your time and for showing me a temp. sample of how my crowns will look like. I did appreciate it!

Always a great experience with Dr. Song and his staff. Very professional! I have used Dr. Song as an adult and was so impressed that I brought my 13 year old daughter in.
